But Lynnann I'm not sure I understand how media outlets presenting factual recounts of something that happened qualifies as some sort of smear campaign. If it "destroys" her as you say, then it was her actions that destroyed her. By your logic, the media coverage of John Edwards affair, love child, and coverup destroyed him. When in reality, isn't it the fact that he ACTUALLY HAD the affair, had the baby, and then tried to cover it up that destroyed him? Follow what I'm saying?
